A DISPLAY of sparkling snowflakes helped light up Sheffield Children’s Hospital — raising a record-breaking amount towards its emergency department appeal.

A DISPLAY of sparkling snowflakes helped light up Sheffield Children’s Hospital this Christmas, raising a record-breaking amount towards its emergency department appeal.

More than 250 twinkling flakes were sponsored for between £500 and £6,000 to raise over £250,000.
