Fire service called to deliberate child playground incident
They said the fire was started deliberately.
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a playground fire close to a school.
Elm Lane station crews were called to the play area on Baring Road, near Blackburn Primary, at 7.10pm.
The crew left the scene at 7.50pm.
