INTERNATIONAL football returns to the AESSEAL New York Stadium this afternoon (2pm) when Italy take on Sweden in the quarter-finals of the European U17s Championships.

Italy won Group A to claim their place, with England having to settle for runners-up spot after Thursday night’s 1-0 reverse to Switzerland at the NYS. Steve Cooper’s Young Lions play Norway at Burton Albion FC in the last-eight tonight (6pm).

Sweden finished runners-up to Norway in Group B.

Tickets for today’s game are priced £5 (adults) and £2.50 (concessions), available at the ground.

The other two quarter-finals are tomorrow.  Belgium face Spain at Walsall (1pm) and the Republic of Ireland take on the Netherlands at Chesterfield (7pm).

Rotherham also hosts the first semi-final on Thursday (1pm) and the final on Sunday (6.15pm), tickets for both of which are now available.
