Chairman's delight as stadium shapes up
The man who has driven through the long-awaited move back to Rotherham will see all the hard work come to fruition in a little over a fortnight when the club moves into its new £20 million home.
The erection of the New York Stadium lettering, which will be illuminated by the latest LED technology from his own ASD Lighting business, represents another milestone in the project, with contractors GMI Construction now pulling out the stops to make sure it is all ready for the July 9 moving-in date.

Hide AdStewart says the stadium will deliver everything it promised, and more, and is now counting the days until it hosts its first games next month.
He told the Advertiser: “I’m excited, more so than at any time during my time here and I think the people of Rotherham should be too.
“We’ve got a manager in Steve Evans who has come in and embraced the town with both arms and is putting together a team that is going to play some exciting football.
“We’ve got the iconic stadium that we wanted and to see the signs go up this week was another wonderful moment. The club crest will go up shortly and ‘Rotherham United’ after that.
“People are going to see a real difference in the stadium site in the coming days.”
