Jury out in Julie Gallagher trial
JURORS at the trial of the man accused of killing Rotherham woman Julie Gallagher have retired to consider their verdict.
George Gallagher (56) is accused of murdering 41-year-old Julie at her home in Foljambe Road, Rotherham, in March last year.
The jury at Sheffield Crown Court retired this afternoon after hearing more than two weeks of evidence.
Gallagher, who denies murder, earlier denied claims of a history of domestic violence against his wives and former partners.
