Teenager robbed in Clifton Park

The 17-year-old was approached by two boys on Sunday at about 10.15pm.

They began talking before one of the suspects reportedly threatened the victim and stole his phone.

One of the pair is described as Asian, about 5ft 9ins or 5ft 10ins tall, in his late teens, slim, with a black moustache. He is thought to have been wearing a white hooded top.

The second boy is described as Asian, about 5ft 4ins tall, mid-teens, slim, with short black hair. He is said to have spoken with a high-pitched voice and was wearing a black, hooded puffa jacket.

PC Susannah Taylor said: “I’d like to ask anyone who was in the area at the time and who saw what happened to contact us.

“This incident happened fairly late at night and I’d like to remind people to be vigilant and aware of their surroundings.”
