Moorgate sex attack latest

THE DETECTIVE leading investigations into multiple rape attacks in Moorgate has made a fresh appeal for information.

DS Lisa Ray appealed for new witnesses to contact police and help officers to solve the crimes.

She said: “I’d like to thank the members of the public who have already contacted the police with information, and urge anyone who saw something to come forward.

“Especially any residents or business owners who have CCTV outside their properties, which could hold information relevant to the investigation.”

Nicholas Totty (25) of Newman Road, Broom is due to appear at Sheffield Crown Court on October 16, accused of committing the sex attacks.
