Witnesses plea after Firbeck three-car collision

FOUR people were injured in a three-vehicle collision in Firbeck.

The incident on Sunday happened on Lamb Lane, at the junction with Haven Hill.

A police spokeswoman said: “At around 3.45pm, a blue BMW was travelling along Lamb Lane, away from Dinnington, when it was involved in a collision with a grey BMW and a blue Ford Grande C Max travelling in the opposite direction.

“The driver of the blue BMW, a 28-year-old man, was taken to hospital with suspected serious injuries.

"Two passengers in the car, a five-year-old girl and a 22-year-old woman, both suffered minor injuries. 

“A 50-year-old woman driving the Ford also suffered minor injuries.”
