TEN people have been arrested and a similar number of drug warrants have been executed as well as vehicles seized as part of a police day of action - dubbed Operation Duxford.

The force said the operation aimed to tackle drug issues, disrupt burglary hot-spots and tackle speeding and off-road bikers. Eight vehicles were also seized this morning (Friday).

Officers flooded six areas across the borough where they executed nine drug warrants. The force is also focusing its efforts on four areas known for speeding and burglary.
