Thorpe Hesley harvest festival boosts homelessness charity

SCHOOL pupils helped the homeless with a huge collection of food for their harvest festival.

Thorpe Hesley Primary School held its annual autumn service at Holy Trinity Church.

Pupils handed over 92 bags of food to Jayne Spaven, volunteer of homelessness charity Shiloh, as well as cash donations of £122.08.
