No further deaths, and Covid patient numbers down by nearly a third
THERE have been no further deaths at Rotherham Hospital of patients testing positive for Covid in the past week, while the number of inpatients has dropped by nearly a third.
As of this morning, there were 19 patients who had tested positive at the hospital — down from 28 both last week and the previous week.
There were no inpatients being treated with the virus in critical care.
The total number of inpatients who have tested positive at the hospital since the start of the pandemic is now 5,393.
