Jury acquits Clifton man accused of nightclub sex assault
A NIGHTCLUB-goer who was accused of sexually assaulting two women as they waited to be served drinks has been cleared by a jury.
Ahmed Bakhat (25), of Clifton Avenue, Rotherham, was on trial at Doncaster Crown Court accused of sexually assaulting the two friends at the Amber Lounge in the early hours of Christmas Day 2019.
A jury today (Thursday) cleared him of two counts of sexual assault after a three-day trial.
