Barbot Hall burglary suspect bailed for trial

A MAN arrested in connection with several burglaries on an industrial estate has been released on bail, pending his trial.

Peter Talbot (52), of Greasbrough Road in Parkgate, denied five counts of burglary and one of attempted burglary at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court last Friday.

He was remanded on bail, with a trial date set for January 31.

The charges relate to offences committed on Monday, September 24, at the Barbot Hall Industrial Estate.

An investigation is ongoing and police would like to hear from anyone with information.
