PLANNING APPLICATIONS: An application has been submitted for the change of use from a flat to a taxi booking office at 55 High Street, Wath-upon-Dearne

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Local police are searching for volunteers to help with a community clean-up. This event has been organised jointly by Rotherham Council and the Wath North Safer Neighbourhood Team and will take place around the area of Wath Skate Park on October 23-24. If interested, contact Wath North SNT on 101. 

OFF ROAD BIKES: People are asked to call the police with information about two unlicensed motorbikes which have been reported speeding and carrying out wheelies in and around Wath. Anyone with a description of the bikers and their bikes or any other information is asked to contact the police on 101.

MACMILLAN COFFEE MORNING: Held at the home of correspondent Jill Rhodes, it raised £492.70. All raffle prizes have been claimed.
