Sputniks headline Slamfest

GLAM punks Sigue Sigue Sputnik will bring the curtain down on a free music festival in Rotherham next weekend.

Slamfest 2015 will feature 22 acts over two days on an outdoor stage at the Cutler’s Arms in Westgate.

Other notable names on the bill include Rotherham’s own My Pierrot Dolls and ODS Saxon — led by Mexborough rocker Graham Oliver.

The music starts at noon both days and the final acts take to the stage at 8.30pm.

Entry is free and there will be food available, as well as the pub’s selection of real ales and other drinks.
