Quads jump at chance to try out trampoline centre

QUADFATHER Justin Clark and his brood of bouncing two-year-olds were jumping for joy at the opening of Rotherham’s first dedicated trampolining centre.

The Swallownest family, which includes Justin’s wife Christine and quadruplets Caroline, Darcy, Alexis and Elisha, were among the first lucky punters at Jump Inc in Parkgate.

The Advertiser told last month how 300 people had applied for the 45 jobs up for grabs at the centre, which is described as “a giant spring loaded urban playground of wall to wall trampolines”.

It was also a big week for nearby Nando’s, which opened its first Rotherham branch at Parkgate Shopping with the help of a South African band. The 136-seat restaurant on the site of the former Pizza Hut has created 52 jobs.
