Pub chain’s hunt for Wacky kids

A PUB chain is on the hunt for bossy kids with designs on improving their play areas and food.

The Fayre & Square group, which runs Wacky Warehouses, wants to recruit a board of Little Leaders aged bettwen five and eight to sit alongside the company’s top bosses and help shape its services for children.

The ten chosen children will be able to spend the day working with chefs to create new dishes, design the look of the menu and test out new play equipment for Wacky Warehouse.

Fayre & Square, which runs the Story Teller on Stadium Way in Parkgate and the Marquis at Low Stubbin, said ideal candidates must have at least five years’ experience in play as well as be an expert in “funology”.

The company said: “They will also have incredible pester power abilities that regularly leave them with mum and dad wrapped around their finger, and be able to work as a team to ensure only their favourite dishes make it onto the new menu.”

Each chosen Little Leader will receive a Merlin Annual Pass, a family party at their local Fayre & Square pub restaurant, and unlimited access to the play centres for 12 months.

Entrants must be aged between five and eight and must be available to battle the boardroom on April 10.
