Prize is messing about on the river

Sithule Moyo has won a trip for herself and 11 others on the River Don near Swinton.

Sithule, Rotherfed’s Rotherham community organiser, completed a questionnaire about improvements to the River Don for the Don Catchment Rivers Trust at this year’s Rotherham Show – and her name was chosen to take the prize.

The trip will take place tomorrow afternoon from the Swinton Lock Activity Centre, Dun Street in Swinton.

The Don Catchment Rivers Trust helps protect and improve the rivers in the River Don catchment area which includes the Don, Dearne and Rother and their tributaries.
