Learn about aspects of art history at museum
AN art history lecture will highlight the life and work of painter Sir John Everett Millais.
Doncaster Museum and Art Gallery, on Chequer Road in the town, will feature the lecture delivered by local art historian Rachel Holland-Hargreaves.
The lecture takes place from 10.30am to noon.
The lecture, entitled Millais – From Ophelia to Bubbles, is on September 18.
Admission to the lecture costs £5, payable on the day.
