King Charles III and the Queen Consort will be coming to Yorkshire next week
King Charles III and Camilla, Queen Consort, are set to take in Leeds, York, Bradford and Doncaster during their visit to Yorkshire on Tuesday (November 8) and Wednesday (November 9).
Their Majesties will be conferring official city status for Doncaster in a ceremony at Mansion House on Wednesday.

Hide AdDoncaster Council said the King and Queen Consort would make a short speech and the monarch would attend a reception in the Mansion House banquet hall.
Civic Mayor, Cllr Ian Pearson called news of the visit “tremendous”.
Mayor of Doncaster, Ros Jones added: “Doncaster’s bid firmly highlighted why we believe we should be a city — we act, think, look and feel like a city and to be made one of the newest in the country is indeed an accolade.
“To have their Majesties come to Doncaster to honour us in this way is very exciting and I am looking forward to sharing this day with so many local people and communities.”
King Charles III coronation will take place in May 6 next year.
