Group’s Tickhill treat
SINGING group Bel Canto kick off a new series of concerts in Tickhill next week.
Tickhill Musical Society’s 40th anniversary season begins with a performance of usic by Handel, Verdi, Fauré, Sullivan, Elgar, Bernstein, plus popular songs of the 1920s and 1930s.
It will take place at 7pm next Friday, September 16, at St. Mary’s Church, St Mary’s Road, Tickhill.
Admission is £10 on the door (free to members).
