Comedian set to rail against the trains

THE current state of the country’s railway system will be the focus of comedian Steve Gribbin’s wit when he makes a scheduled stop at a local theatre later this month.

His new show Shunted Again: Real History of the Railways will be calling at Doncaster’s Cast Theatre on Thursday, September 15.

Steve will take the audience on a rail rage tour of cancellations, delays and overcrowding, rail privatisation and the frustrations of modern train travel.

His show will be a mixture of stand-up, songs, poetry, sound effects and train announcements.
