Carmen's tale - with an African twist
THE tragic love affair of Carmen will get a new interpretation at Doncaster’s Cast theatre next week.
Bizet’s famous tale is being retold by Zimbabwean-born Bawren Tavaziva in Africarmen.
The show will tell the tale of desire, intrigue and corruption through ballet and modern African dance.
The show will be at the theatre on Tuesday, February 23, starting at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £16.50 for adults and £14.50 for concessions.
