Author encourages Rotherham people to read more
AUTHOR Mari Hannah dropped by Rotherham’s Riverside Library to encourage people to turn over a new leaf and read more.
The crime writer was the special guest at the library’s Big Read 2016 event.
In advance of the event, she invited readers to check ouf PD James’ novel An Unsuitable Job for a Woman, before leading a talk on the gruesome tale.
Fifty copies of the book were also handed out to those attending the talk by Mari, who was on a tour of northern libraries.
