Open-air screening of Grand Budapest Hotel
The Village Screen has brought film screenings to unique locations — and now it will take over Sheffield’s Kenwood Hall Hotel and Spa where Wes Anderson’s The Grand Budapest Hotel will be screened outside on Friday, September 21.
There will also be live bands performing quirky, acoustic covers, local street food vendors and a themed bar.

Hide AdThe Village Screen has previously screened cinematic classics in Edwardian Baths, natural caves, woodland areas and monasteries.
This is the first time they will bring their exclusive event to a luxurious hotel. Audience members will be seated on candy-striped deckchairs in the grounds of Kenwood Hall to watch the film.
The Grand Budapest Hotel is a 2014 comedy starring Ralph Fiennes and follows the adventures of the famous hotel’s devoted concierge set in the fictional Republic of Zubrowka.
Tickets are priced at £15 for adults and £13 for students and over 60s. Online booking fees apply.
Doors open at 6.30pm, with the screening at 8.30pm. There is a minimum age of 16 for this event.
