Titans to name skipper

With the countdown continuing to the new Championship season, head coach Lee Blackett has been weighing up his options and will make the official announcement on Tuesday at a social evening which follows a cricket match between the Titans players and supporters.

But there will be a change in the captaincy format. Tuesday’s announcement will be to unveil the club captain while the match-day skipper will be named on a game-by-game basis.

Several players are in the frame, including Garry Law, Charlie Mulchrone and Dan Sanderson.
