Titans coast to bonus point win
TITANS this morning began their preparation work for Friday's challenge at Plymouth Albion - with coach Andre Bester anxious to shore up the holes in his defence.
Rotherham crushed new boys Jersey 54-31 on Saturday with Bester delighted to watch his side score six tries from Eamonn Sheridan, Carl Kirwan, Pale Nonu, Alex Rieder, Mike Doneghan and Garry Law, who also added 24 points with his boot.
But he was left frustrated with the four tries conceded.
He said: Somer players probably didn't have that mental edge against a team we were expected to beat comfortably.
"But at the start of the game, would we have taken this scoreline with a bonus point in th beg by half-time? Of course we would."
