Take us seriously, says Copeland

TRY hero Robin Copeland played a starring role in Saturday’s storming win over Bristol, saying: “Our rivals can dismiss us at their own peril.”

The lanky second row was a fulcrum in the Rotherham pack as they battled to get the upper hand and then swatted the Memorial Ground men aside in another second half blitz.

Copeland scored a spectacular second try as Titans turned the screw, racing 65 metres to score one of the best touch-downs seen at Clifton Lane in modern times.

But it was his work in the loose which helped rip the leaders to shreds and the Irishman firmly believes that Rotherham are becoming one of the teams to beat in the Championship.

He said: “It’s time people started watching what we’re doing because we have a lot to offer. They’ll dismiss us at their own peril.
