Sedgley Park salutes titans' medical staff after injury to player Connor James during match at Clifton Lane.

Park's Connor James suffered a serious ankle injury in Saturday's match at Clifton Lane and was stretchered off at half time after a lengthy spell of treatment.

Titans physio David Swift and club doctor Chris Myers helped the back row feel as comfortable as possible during the long wait for an ambulance before he was taken to Rotherham Hospital.

Sedgley's head coach, Scott Barrow, said: “Connor was managed really well and thank-you to the Rotherham medical staff for that. He was on gas and air and having a little laugh with them in the changing room.”
