Scott's focus on Harrad
The striker's loan spell from Bury ends after next Saturday's match against Plymouth, leaving the manager with a big hole to fill if his parent club call him back.
Harrad has scored three goals in five appearances so far and while Scott wants to keep hold of him for the run-in, he has contingency plans in place should the worst happen.

Hide AdScott said: "Bury are going through a tough spell and the longer it goes on without them winning, the more difficult it makes it for Shaun to stay here.
"Richie Barker (Bury manager) is honest about it and has kept me informed. Shaun has got three more games and probably before that we need to know what is happening.
"We have names that can come in and help us but Shaun has done well and if we can keep him until the end of the season then he is going to have a massive impact in what we do."
Rotherham go to struggling Barnet tomorrow, the first of a run of eight games in March, with Crewe Alexandra to follow at Don Valley Stadium on Tuesday.

"We're confident we can go and get the win."
