Relief after duo are given all-clear

TITANS breathed a big sigh of relief after both Neale Patrick and Rob O’Donnell were given the all-clear following bad injuries sustained at Nottingham on Friday.

Patrick went down heavily on his neck and had to be stretchered off and taken to hospital–but after a two-hour observation period he was released.

O’Donnell suffered a bad head gash, ironically suffered in a clash of heads with Patrick just minutes before the latter’s game-ending injury.

Thankfully, both are back and ready to resume training.

Said coach Andre Bester: “The injuries we sustained early on in the match with Rob and Neale being put out of the game caused us massive disruption. But thankfully both are OK and should be back in action before long."
