No return for Ward
ROTHERHAM United transfer target Grant Ward has joined Championship rivals Ipswich Town.
The Millers had been interested in bringing the 21-year-old back to the AESSEAL New York Stadium after his efforts on loan last season when he helped the club's drive to Championship safety. Ward made more than 30 league appearances, scoring twice.
The midfield man has signed a three-year deal at Portman Road.
Manager Alan Stubbs, meanwhile, is on the verge of completing his fifth signing of the summer with an announcement expected tonight or tomorrow morning.
