Millers ace relishing derby clashes

ROTHERHAM United midfielder Nicky Law is looking forward to two local derbies in the next week, saying: "These are the games you want to be playing in."

The Millers take on Chesterfield at Don Valley Stadium on Saturday and Law's old club Bradford City on Tuesday as they bid to improve upon fifth spot in League Two.

The Spireites sit third and will present one of the toughest tests of the season while Bradford also have ambitions to challenge at the top despite a poor start.

Law, who played a bid part in Rotherham's second-half revival at Barnet on Saturday, said: "These are two huge games with good crowds and good atmospheres; they're the type you want to be playing

"Chesterfield are a good side but obviously I'm looking forward to Bradford. They're a massive club and they'll bring a great crowd down and it's a Tuesday night so it will be a good atmosphere as well."

Millers reserves, meanwhile, drew 1-1 at Nottingham Forest yesterday.

Ryan Taylor played the last half-hour on his comeback from a metatarsal injury.

Tom Pope scored Rotherham's goal, following up his strike at Barnet at the weekend.
