Mansouri surivives knock-down to draw

FIGHTER Nav Mansouri's 100 per cent pro record came to an end at Magna when he was held to a draw by Birmingham's Dee Mitchell.

In the show bill-topper, Mansouri had to overcome a second-round knock-down and a twisted ankle against the dangerous midlander. But he battled back over the six rounds to level the referee's scorecard.

Jerome Wilson, also fighting out of Dave Coldwell's Rotherham gym, suffered his first defeat when he lost on points to the Isel of Wight's Jay Morris over four rounds.

Curtis Woodhouse made a return to Magna and easily overcame Walsall's Billy Smith.
