Gaffer taps into experience

TAPPING into the knowledge of established clubmen like Paul Warne and Andy Dibble is high on the agenda for the new management team at Rotherham United.

Fitness coach Warne's Rotherham history stretches back to 1999 and goalkeeping coach Dibble has been a fixture on the training ground for five or six years.

Big on man management, Alan Stubbs doesn't just intend drinking in their experience but is also confident of striking up a good rapport.

“We are a team. I have a lot of trust in my staff and I'm sure going forward they will enjoy working with me."
