The managers' view: Paul Warne and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink react to Rotherham United's 3-1 win over Burton Albion
The Millers freshened up their starting 11 and were able to bring on players of the talent of Chiedozie Ogbene and Jamie Lindsay in the second half of their 3-1 win over Burton Albion at AESSEAL New York Stadium.
They are two points clear of second-placed placed Wigan Athletic and Sunderland in third.

"It also keeps the subs happy as they know they have a chance of coming on. The environment here is upbeat and positive."
The latest victory, achieved through a Freddie Ladapo double and a late strike from Dan Barlaser, extended Rotherham's undefeated run to 20 matches.
"The majority of my players played in the Championship last year," Warne added. "We do not look down on League One but I think the lads know that they can compete at this level and that, if they are at their best, they can give anyone a game."

"We keep saying we have got a young team but eventually you have got to learn from those mistakes.
"As soon as we get a grip on that and do not give away silly opportunities, we will be a very good team."
