JUNIOR FOOTBALL: Kellie Salt scores the equliser for Rotherham United Whitehill Girls U14s

KELLIE Salt popped up to earn a point for Rotherham United Whitehill Girls U14s against close rivals Sheffield United.

She bagged the equaliser in a 1-1 draw which featured an outstanding performance from Chloe Bokwala.

The U13s were very good but not quite good enough in their 1-0 loss to Sheffield Wednesday Ladies, while the U16s went down 5-0 to SJR Worksop. Libby Harris was player of the match.

Drawing 0-0 at half time with Sheffield United CF Blacks, the U18s cut loose in the second half to win 7-0.

Eva Butler claimed four of them while Lucie Tinker (2) and Lauren Columbine got the others to keep the team in top spot.

A Whitehill Women's team missing five players lost 5-0 to Sheffield Utd CFL.

Girl of the game was Charley Taylor, with Victoria Braidley and Abi Hill outstanding.
