Rotherham Phoenix CC are hosting the Yorkshire Evening at their HQ in Brinsworth on Wedesday, January 29.

Yorkshire have held a number of the sessions around the county and they have proved popular. Newly appointed chief executive Mark Arthur is keen to see the club get much closer to the grass roots.

Mark will be joined by director of cricket Martyn Moxon and senior players Ryan Sidebottom and Adil Rashid, all three former England players.

The MC for the evening will be Dave Callaghan of BBC Radio Leeds.

It will be a fairly informal evening which will include a question and answer session. Why does Martyn feel Andy Flower should retain his job as England coach? Can Adil force his way back into the England set-up now Graeme Swann has called it a day? Find out on the night.

Many people have already shown an interest and one and all are welcome.

Start time is 7.30pm and although admission is free, there will be a raffle and a collection in aid of Rotherham Hospice.
