FIGHT fans might just have noticed a familiar face in Rotherham iover the last few weeks — as Tony Bellew buillds up to one of the biggest domestic fights for years.

FIGHT fans might just have noticed a familiar face  in Rotherham iover the last few weeks — as Tony Bellew buillds up to one of the biggest domestic fights for years.

Liverpudlian Bellew takes on bitter rival Nathan Cleverly in his home city tomorrow night, trained by Rotherham boxing guru Dave Coldwell.

That's meant regular sessions under Coldwell's watchful eye at Masbrough ahead of a huge night for British boxing, three years after Cleverly narrowly defeated Bellew to retain his WBO light heavyweight title.

And Coldwell, who have been good friends with Bellew since his days as an amatuer fighter, is confident that he will pole-axe his Welsh opponent.

He said: "Tony's been here and training hard in Rotherham. The exposure we've had has been amazing because this is a fight that really has captured the imagination of the public.
