Smokers damage town’s image

This isn’t new but most of the smokers and alcohol drinkers I see are easily under the age of 18, some even around 12.

This makes me feel angry, because they are damaging themselves when they are very young which could lead to early death or lung disease.

They are also making Rotherham look a dirty, trampy place.

We must try to get rid of underage smoking and drinking.

Drinking makes the place look disgusting because of all the glass bottles all over the place smashed up.

If this carries on fewer and fewer people would want to come to Rotherham.

I’m sure you won’t want that, will you?

The number of cigarettes scattered around Rotherham is horrendous, it shows that people don’t care what they are doing to themselves.

Not only that, it shows that we litter as well.

When I was younger I used to walk around with my mum, and I remember no drinkers would be outside, they would all be in bars and I didn’t see smokers in public.

Let’s go back to that time and keep it that way!
