Lottery on the buses
HAVE your readers ever tried catching a bus recently, its a bit like a lottery? I live in Kimberworth and work in Brinsworth and by car, the journey is under ten minutes, yet I seem to spend half an hour at bus stops waiting for buses to turn up.
Why should this be so, surely the bus companies have to be accountable to The Traffic Commissioners, yet people stand in the cold and rain waiting for buses that seldom turn up.
Maybe I should listen to Norman Tebbit and get back on my bike.
