Letter: Offering plastic would have been better
I WAS surprised to read this week that Beatson Clark is asking to reduce the price it pays the council for kerbside collected glass, metal and textiles.
Would it not be better to offer Beatson Clark the plastic instead? The council would then not have to pay for the plastic to be incinerated.
