I'd be better off at the vet's than Rotherham Hospital

THIS reader reckons he'd be better off at the vet's than at Rotherham Hospital. What do you think of the care at the hospital.

I WAS a patient at Rotherham District General Hospital from December 15 to 18 and what happens to a patient’s health and safety is in their hands.

I play the health lottery whenever I go into that hospital and if I am lucky to walk out of the hospital I have won, but I feel my luck would improve immensely at Springfield’s, which is a veterinary hospital. I feel my odds of getting diagnosed correctly would improve.

My diagnosis was DVT in the right leg and a pulmonary embolism. This was found due to the actions of the junior doctor in accident and emergency, not a senior doctor.

Wonders never cease. It just amazes me as to who is training who.
