Green Space closure discriminates

ROTHERHAM Borough Council and the Labour party have closed our Green Space to our vulnerable, wheelchairs, prams, school children and our elderly all because of illegal barriers, neglect, no maintenance and lots of lies.

There has been no one from the council or Labour Party who has shown any interest in our woodland and we the public had a petition to remove the illegal barriers. There are lots of barriers which can be used.

We had the Heritage Lottery fund to improve the public footpath and vegetation cut back, there was to be package written by the council to help teach the children about the woodland. The children got nothing of the Lottery fund.

We got five wooden way markers and one of them was in the wrong place. We had Heritage Lottery fund award a grant of £336,000 to help the public school children and help the public in our woodland. But we got nothing of the Lottery fund; it was stolen from us.

Our vulnerable cannot access any of the woodland because of the illegal barriers and muddy water logged public footpath.

It is discriminating.
