Disabled suffer at Wentworth House

RE: David Allot, house guide Wentworth Woodhouse.

It’s not long ago when Mr Newbold of Wentworth Woodhouse removed the access for the gate next to the cattle grid and put a very tight kissing gate in its place. This closed the public footpath to our disabled, wheelchairs, pram users, school children and our elderly. Our vulnerable could not access over the cattle grid as it is a danger.

Mr Newbold, when he came to live in Wentworth House he did his best to close the public footpath to our vulnerable, he was very discriminating against them.

Wentworth Park is a very beautiful place open to all — you should give the public an apology, now you want our money.
