Anyone know of an artist called Grice?

A FRIEND and neighbour of mine has found among her possessions an oil painting on hardboard of the old Kimberworth Hall. Its location was just above the Green Dragon Pub and it was demolished in the 1960s. The current Church Hall now stands there.

The painting is amateurish and could have been done by a former pupil at the Old Hall School or even the old Kimberworth Secondary School. It is signed JB Grice and is dated 1962.

She would like it to be returned to the original painter or his family. We have had no luck in locating the name and wonder if any of your readers know of a JB Grice who has connections with Kimberworth and the schools mentioned.
