X-Factor veteran Leigh joins Brinsworth Training

AN X-FACTOR contestant from 2008 has joined a training agency as an executive.

A FORMER X-FACTOR contestant has joined a Rotherham-based training agency.

Leigh Richmond is the new employer engagement executive at Brinsworth Training.

Leigh (26), of Sheffield said "I am excited to take up this new position at Brinsworth Training. Having worked for a number of years with employers across the region I am looking forward to applying my skills to this new opportunity.”

Mr Leigh has gained previous experience in similar sales rolesat Remploy and Linsco Recruitment.

Daniel Swift, engagement manager said: "Leigh has a good mix of experience that involves recruitment and training and we are looking forward to him assisting in raising the profile of our organisation with employers across the Sheffield City Region.”

The organisation has secured over 140 employment opportunities over the last 8 months and has also seen over a 300 per cent increase in apprenticeship numbers.
