Thrybergh road closed after woman injured in morning collision

A WOMAN was taken to hospital this morning following an accident which caused long delays on the roads

Police said the incident had happened at 6.40am on Doncaster Road, Thrybergh, which involved one vehicle.

Emergency services attended the scene after the woman was injured, police said.

A spokesperson added: “She was taken to hospital but her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.”

Highways England were also at the scene due to an oil spillage on the road, which has since been reopened.
