Three new firms move in

THREE companies have snapped up space at a Dearne Valley Business Park.

Three units at the Fields End Business Park in Goldthorpe, South Yorkshire, have been taken by Cape PLC, Eden Training and Cornerstone Education.

Cape Plc — a leading international out-sourcer and utilities provider — has taken 7,526 sq ft of space with a ten-year lease.

The company has merged two of its offices in the Yorkshire region and moved to the Fields End Business Park, which it has chosen for its accessible location and excellent transport links.

Eden Training, which is already an occupier on the site, has taken an additional 1,322 sqft in a five-year lease deal and Cornerstone Education has agreed a six-year deal for 1,310 sq ft of space.
