Tesco quashes Rotherham superstore fears
REPORTS that Tesco might put the brakes on new stores will not affect its new Rotherham’s supermarket.
Earlier this week there were fears that the retail giant might put all future plans on hold in the wake of falling profits.
But a spokesman said: “Rotherham is definitely going ahead. The project is contracted to a developer and everything is in place.”
